SpannerGamesPrivacy policy

In short
- No trackers on this website: no visitor statistics, no advertising, no social buttons, no pixel in our e-mails. No font, video or script is loaded from another site until you ask for it ("Buy" button, playing a video).
- One cookie, set only when you sign in to "My downloads", to keep you signed in for 24 hours.
- The MarchingBlocks software sends no personal data.
- We keep what we need to deliver your key and your downloads: your e-mail, your license name, your order. Nothing else.

We do no marketing, no newsletter, no profiling, no automated decision-making. We never sell or rent any data.
Payment: Paddle
Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the payment, billing and tax data itself, as a separate controller, under its own privacy policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy). From Paddle we only receive your e-mail address, your name if known, and the order number and status. We never see your bank details.

These transfers outside the European Union rely on the Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or, failing that, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest: write to [email protected] from the address concerned. We answer within one month.
⚠ If you erase your purchase data, we can no longer re-send your key or let you download the software again; your license itself remains valid.
You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or the authority of your country.
